Return Policy

General Information

We are dedicated to delivering high quality products that you love. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we would be happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags and sanitary liners attached. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the sanitary liner. Used and worn items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges will be processed up to 14 days for domestic orders & 30 days for international orders past the date of the package being received by the customer. Qualifying returns will be credited in full to the on-file credit card.

Any used/soiled product, or product not received within the appropriate window of returns, will not be accepted and sent back to you without any type of refund.

All sale items are final, we do not accept returns on sales or promotions, however we do offer size and color exchanges for the same style. 

Domestic Returns

All domestic orders come with a pre-paid self-adhesive USPS return label to facilitate easy returns and exchanges. Should you choose to make use of the label, a $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your return order. We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment. Returns may also be sent back via alternate methods; however, we recommend using an insured, traceable method.

Follow the steps below to return your Kompliqué merchandise:

1. Indicate on the enclosed packaging slip whether you are returning or exchanging your item/s as well as the reason for your return/exchange. Please note, we only allow color and size exchanges at this moment.

2. If you are exchanging items, we want to make sure we have what you need in stock. Please contact our customer care team to place your exchange item on hold.

3. Package the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging it was delivered in.

4. Adhere the USPS return shipping label to the outside of the box.

5. Drop your package off at your nearest USPS dropbox.

6. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return/exchange. Your funds minus initial shipping charge and $8 for the used return label will appear in your account once we process your item(s).

A return confirmation email will be sent to your on-file email address, including your re-order status (and/or) refund information.
