We want to get your goods to you as soon as possible. Kompliqué orders process Monday thru Friday, 10AM to 6PM EST. If you place your order before 1PM EST, we’ll process it same day. All orders placed after 1PM EST will process the following business day. Second and next day air orders placed before 4PM EST will process immediately. Please note, Friday orders placed after the respective cut off times typically ship on Monday.


Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with shipping and tracking information. You can track your order by clicking “Track My Order” on this shipping confirmation email.

For security reasons, Kompliqué purchases exceeding $800 will require a signature upon delivery.

If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to us right away. Please note, after your order has been delivered to the provided shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipments returned to Kompliqué as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend.

Kompliqué offers free domestic shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. Free shipping will be applied to your order automatically at checkout. 

Qualifying orders for free shipping should allow 2 – 5 business days for delivery.

Orders delivered within the continental U.S. span several USPS and FedEx shipping methods. Prices are calculated at checkout. 

All international orders to Canada are shipped by FedEx Ground (3 – 5 days) for a flat fee of $25 US dollars. 

All international orders to the rest of the world are shipped by DHL and USPS Express (3 – 5 days) for a flat fee of $55 US dollars. 

Depending on the value of your order and where you ship to, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes.

However, if your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it’s entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs.

Unfortunately, as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. In most
cases, the carrier will try to collect duty or taxes when the package is delivered. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you’re not surprised by any unexpected delivery charges.

By law, all cross border items must be declared at their full price — we cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning your package to Kompliqué. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon the return of your item. If a delivery is refused by you, then unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order in transit back to us.


We are dedicated to delivering high quality products that you love. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we would be happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags and sanitary liners attached. Swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the sanitary liner. Used and worn items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges will be processed up to 14 days for domestic orders. Qualifying returns will be credited in full to the on-file credit card.

Any used/soiled product, or product not received within the appropriate window of returns, will not be accepted and sent back to you without any type of refund.

Follow the steps below to return your Kompliqué merchandise:

1. Email us at to request a return label. Please note, a $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of your return order.

2. Indicate on the enclosed packaging slip whether you are returning or exchanging your item/s as well as the reason for your return/exchange. Please note, we only offer exchanges on full-price items at this time. 

3. Package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the original packaging it was delivered in.

4. Print and adhere the USPS return shipping label to the outside of the box.

5. Drop your package off at your nearest USPS dropbox.

6. Please allow 7 days to process your return or exchange. Your funds minus initial shipping charge and $6 for the used return label will appear in your account once we process your item(s).
